Audra Plepytė is Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, overseeing transatlantic cooperation, global politics, and relations with the global Lithuanian community. A career diplomat since 1994, she has served as Lithuania’s Ambassador to the United States, as well as in roles at the United Nations and in Spain. She holds degrees in international relations and philosophy from Vilnius University and studied diplomacy at the University of Oxford. Plepytė has received several international honours, including the Cross of the Knight of the Order for Merits to Lithuania and the Royal Norwegian Order of Merit.
